I AM THAT GIRL

I AM THAT GIRL IS:
A community, a support system, and a movement inspiring girls to LOVE, EXPRESS, and BE who they are.

MEET THE TEAM

OUR VISION
A girl’s physical, emotional and mental well-being is rooted in her self-worth. And we are living in an epidemic of self-doubt. I AM THAT GIRL is helping girls to transform self-doubt in to self-love by providing a safe space to be lifted up and have honest conversations about things that matter. Every day, girls are bombarded with messages that attack what she is NOT and we work every day to help her love who SHE IS; to see that in herself and inspire that in others.

We’ve seen limitless possibility when girls collaborate instead of compete and contribute as much as they consume. By creating a culture for girls to be seen, be heard, and belong, we are changing their lives and creating a healthier, more powerful world.

HOW
Over the past five years we’ve connected with hundreds of thousands of girls, telling us how the I AM THAT GIRL community has turned their stories of struggle and adversity into stories of triumph, connectedness and empowerment. In just a few short years, we have built a community and group of influential supporters that enables us to reach over 5 million people.

With 100 local chapters and an online community of over 150,000, I AM THAT GIRL empowers, supports and educates an engaged and growing community of over 150,000 girls from across the globe to love and express themselves through online and offline programs and initiatives.

WHAT WE DO
Our local + online community, premium, curated and user generated content, and targeted education-based programs all address the emotional, mental and physical well-being of girls.

COMMUNITY: We build online and offline community to give girls a safe space to DISCOVER, BE and EXPRESS who she is.

CONTENT: Media is the most powerful tool to influence how a girl defines herself. We CREATE, CURATE, and ADVOCATE for premium and user-generated content for various distribution channels to inspire healthy conversations and honest perspectives.

EDUCATION: We are providing tangible tools and resources with an interactive curriculum to teach girls emotional intelligence, professional skills and personal development.

WHO’S THAT GIRL?
THAT GIRL is the best version of each of us. She’s all ages, ethnicities, classes and religions.

She’s got a smokin’ hot heart and drop dead gorgeous mind. She is forever a work in progress, she seeks to be confident in her own skin. She speaks her truth, sees the best in others, and is leaving this world better than she found it.
